Charleston Williamson is a dedicated family law attorney who brings both legal insight and genuine empathy to every case he handles. Born in Washington, D.C., and raised internationally in Dakar, Senegal; Panama City, Panama; and Berlin, Germany, Charleston developed a global perspective that enhances his ability to understand and advocate for clients from diverse backgrounds.

Charleston earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia State University after transferring from Florida A&M University. He received his Juris Doctor from the Florida A&M University College of Law in 2018 and began his legal career in both the public and private sectors.

He spent five years in the public sector as a Senior Judicial Staff Attorney with the Clayton County Superior Court, where he worked closely with Judges Robert L. Mack, Jr., Aaron B. Mason, and Jewel C. Scott. In this role, Charleston gained extensive experience managing and resolving family law matters while developing a deep understanding of court procedures and judicial decision-making.

Now in private practice, Charleston focuses on representing clients in family law disputes with a thoughtful, strategic, and compassionate approach. His background inside the courtroom allows him to navigate complex cases efficiently while providing clients with clear guidance during emotionally challenging times.

As a father, Charleston brings personal insight to matters involving communication, co-parenting, and family transitions. He is committed to advocating for his clients’ best interests while helping them move forward with confidence and stability.

Outside of the office, Charleston enjoys hiking, photography, and spending time with his family.
